Cavor.iq
For coaches

The baseline you recommend
so your session hours can matter more.

Cavor.iq handles the ground floor, entity, banking, bookkeeping, insurance, contracts, taxes, brand, first website, sales, operations. You get to spend your time with the client where the money is: strategy, positioning, and advice only you can give.

The coach's problem

You are billing at your rate to teach QuickBooks basics.

First-time founders arrive with real strategic questions and no operational foundation. You have two bad options: teach them the basics on your dime, or watch strategic advice die because the foundation isn't there to support it.

Option A: teach the basics

You spend session time on "here is how a bank account works" and "here is what an LLC is." Your client pays your strategic rate for entry-level education. Nobody feels great about it.

Option B: skip the basics

You give strategic advice built on a shaky foundation. Six months in, the pricing strategy has holes because the bookkeeping was never right. The homepage under-converts because the brand was never real.

Option C: prescribe a baseline

Your client works through Cavor.iq alongside your engagement. They arrive at every session with the foundation already in place, and you spend your hour on the work only you can do.

What you get

Six ways this shows up in your practice

Baseline curriculum

Skip the ground floor

Your client arrives having already worked through entity structure, banking, bookkeeping, insurance, contracts, and taxes. You spend session time on the work only you can do. Strategy, positioning, personalized advice.

Shared reference

A vocabulary you both use

13 modules, ten tools, thirteen fillable documents. Every one of them named. When you tell a client "let's tighten your Module 9 homepage draft," they know exactly what you mean and can pull the artifact up.

Real artifacts

Documents, not slide decks

Every module produces something your client can print, share, and reference. Client Services Agreements, Daily Operating Rhythms, Pricing Guides, Homepage Blueprints. Your coaching sits on top of a real paper trail.

Progress you can see

Objective completion state

The dashboard shows exactly which modules and documents a client has completed. You know what to reinforce, what to skip past, and what to circle back to. No more "so where did we leave off?" opening.

Every industry

Industry-neutral by design

Whether your client runs an agency, a consulting practice, a home services business, a medtech startup, or a local shop, Cavor.iq is the same operating system underneath. You do not have to adapt the curriculum. Only the strategy on top of it.

De-risk your practice

Fewer "did they file that?" moments

The compliance and structure modules make sure your client actually filed the entity, opened the account, drafted the contract. Your strategic advice stands on a legitimate business, not a wish and a Notion doc.

How it pairs with coaching

A coaching arc, refactored around the operating system.

This is not a script. It is how the pairing tends to work for the coaches we have talked to.

Week 1

Intake & foundation

Your client works through Modules 1–4 in Cavor.iq. Your first session focuses on validation and structure, not paperwork.

Week 2–4

Legal & money

Modules 5–7 (insurance, contracts, taxes) run in parallel with your strategic advice. You review their contract drafts, they finalize them.

Week 5–8

Brand & market

Modules 8–10 produce a homepage draft, a marketing plan, and a positioning statement. You sharpen them together in-session instead of teaching from scratch.

Week 9–12

Sales & scale

Modules 11–13 (sales, operations, pricing) close out the ninety days with a business that can accept a first client. You focus on the leadership shift.

One clear boundary

Referral and reseller structure. Not in this phase.

Coach FAQ

What coaches ask us first

Is there a coach affiliate or referral program?
Not yet, and not in this phase. If you are actively coaching founders and interested in a formal arrangement (a referral rate, a co-branded onboarding, or a bulk arrangement for your cohort), email [email protected] and we will talk. We would rather build the right structure with a small number of coaches than launch a mass affiliate program that fits nobody.
Can I white-label Cavor.iq?
No. Cavor.iq is a specific product with a specific brand, and it does not white-label. What we can do is help you position it as the baseline you recommend inside your coaching program. Think of the way a personal trainer recommends a specific nutrition system that they did not build.
What if my client already bought a module?
Their single-module purchase applies as credit if they later upgrade to the full platform. It stacks up to the platform price cap. There is no re-purchase.
How is Cavor.iq priced relative to a coaching engagement?
A single hour of coaching is typically priced above the full Cavor.iq platform ($249 one-time). We designed it that way deliberately. Cavor.iq is the baseline, not a competitor. Your session hours become worth more when the foundation is already in place.
Do you have referral tracking?
Not in the current phase. If a coach-referral engine becomes a formal offering, it will show up here first. In the meantime, if you are recommending Cavor.iq to clients and want to be part of that conversation, email [email protected].
Can my client and I collaborate inside Cavor.iq?
The current app is single-user. Multi-seat coaching accounts (where a coach sees a client's progress, comments on an artifact, etc.) are on the "if this is what coaches want" list. Tell us if that would matter to you.
