This Disclosures page brings together, in one place, the disclosures Kayla Sierra Consulting makes to visitors and users of Cavor.iq, the marketing site at startlaunchgo.com, and the application at app.startlaunchgo.com (together, the "Services"). It is designed to comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, the FTC's guidance on advertising testimonials and earnings claims, and applicable consumer-protection law.
These disclosures are part of, and are incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Educational Nature of the Services
Cavor.iq is an educational product for first-time founders. Nothing in the Services — including any module, tool, template, fillable document, video, article, blog post, email, chat interaction, or other content — is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, or licensing advice. Neither Kayla Hubbard nor Kayla Sierra Consulting is your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, insurance broker, or other licensed professional. Use of the Services does not create a professional-services relationship.
Before making any business, legal, tax, financial, insurance, or regulatory decision, consult a licensed professional qualified in your state or jurisdiction.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Every founder's circumstances are different. Your effort, industry, market conditions, existing skills and network, capital, and many other factors materially affect outcomes. Any statement about outcomes, revenue, savings, growth, timelines, or results — whether made by Kayla Sierra Consulting, in a testimonial, in a blog post, in an email, on a video, or in any other communication — is illustrative only and is not a guarantee, promise, or projection.
Individual results will vary. We make no representation that you will achieve any specific outcome from using the Services.
3. Composite and Fictionalized Stories
Founder outcome stories published on the marketing site (see startlaunchgo.com/outcomes) are composites. This means:
- Details from multiple founders' experiences have been combined into a single narrative.
- Names, industries, and specific numbers have been changed or fictionalized to protect the privacy of the real founders involved.
- Each story is marked with a "Composite story" indicator both on the outcome index and at the top of the story detail page.
The mechanisms and patterns described in these stories — the modules used, the artifacts shipped, the decisions made — are drawn from real coaching and program work. But no single composite story describes any single real founder.
4. Testimonials
Where we publish direct testimonials (not composite stories) — for example, a signed quote or a testimonial with the author's consent — we take reasonable steps to ensure the testimonial reflects the honest opinion of the person quoted. Testimonials describe that person's individual experience. Your experience may differ.
Where a testimonial has been edited for length or clarity, that edit does not change the meaning of the original statement. We will not publish a materially misleading testimonial.
If we ever compensate someone for a testimonial, we will disclose that fact clearly and conspicuously next to the testimonial, in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides.
5. Earnings and Financial Claims
We make no earnings claim, income projection, savings estimate, growth projection, or return-on-investment projection about the Services. Any numerical example given in a module, tool, template, or blog post is provided for illustration only, uses made-up or industry-typical inputs, and should not be relied upon as a prediction or a guarantee.
Building a business involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of all money invested. Do not use the Services with money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Affiliate and Referral Disclosure
Some links on the marketing site, in blog posts, or inside the app may be affiliate links. That means that if you click the link and make a purchase, Kayla Sierra Consulting may receive a commission from the third-party vendor, at no additional cost to you.
- We only include affiliate links to products, services, or tools we believe are useful to first-time founders.
- Being an affiliate does not change our editorial view: if a product we are an affiliate for is not right for you, we will still say so.
- Where an affiliate relationship exists on a specific page, we disclose it on that page.
- We do not currently operate a public, self-serve affiliate program for coaches or resellers of Cavor.iq itself. If a formal coach-referral arrangement launches, it will be disclosed here first.
7. Sponsored and Paid Content
If any blog post, video, email, or other piece of content published on the Services is sponsored, paid for, or influenced by a third party — including a "brought to you by" arrangement, a paid product placement, or an exchange of products or services — we will clearly and conspicuously disclose that fact at the top of the piece, in a manner consistent with the FTC's guidance on native advertising and sponsored content.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may link to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control those third parties, do not endorse them (except as disclosed in an affiliate or sponsored-content notice), and are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Any interaction you have with a third-party site or service is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy.
9. Trademarks
"Cavor.iq," "Start.Launch.Go.," "The Founder Operating System," and the associated logos and brand elements are trademarks and trade dress of Kayla Sierra Consulting. Other names, marks, and logos referenced in the Services are the property of their respective owners; reference to those names does not imply an endorsement by, or affiliation with, the owner.
10. Regulatory Notes
Not a franchise. Cavor.iq is a digital educational product, not a franchise, business opportunity, multi-level marketing scheme, or any other regulated offering. Your purchase of Cavor.iq gives you access to educational content; it does not give you any right to operate under the Cavor.iq brand or to represent yourself as a Cavor.iq franchisee, agent, or licensee.
Not a legal-services or accounting practice. Kayla Sierra Consulting is not a law firm, accounting firm, insurance broker, or financial advisor, and it does not offer regulated legal, accounting, insurance, or financial services.
Jurisdictional differences. Laws about entity formation, taxation, insurance, and licensing vary by state and country. Any example in the Services that assumes a specific jurisdiction is marked as such. Verify the requirements in your own jurisdiction with a licensed professional.
11. Reporting a Concern
If you believe any content on the Services violates the FTC Endorsement Guides, the FTC's guidance on earnings claims, or another applicable law, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue and a link or reference. We take these reports seriously and will investigate and respond.
12. Changes to This Page
We may update this Disclosures page from time to time to reflect new services, new marketing formats, new regulatory guidance, or new affiliate relationships. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
