The 13-module map

What each module builds and why the order matters.

By Kayla SierraJune 22, 20265 min read

The 13 modules of Cavor.iq are not a menu. They are an order of operations.

Here is the map, and what changes for you at each stop.

Foundation (1 to 4)

  1. Business Foundation and Idea Validation, pressure-test the idea against real prospects before you build anything.
  2. Choosing Your Business Structure, pick the legal structure your future self will not have to unwind.
  3. Registering Your Business and Getting Your EIN, the paperwork that makes you real.
  4. Business Banking and Bookkeeping Setup, open the business account and set up books that survive tax season.

At the end of Foundation, you have a business that exists on paper and a bank account it can grow inside.

Structure (5 to 7)

  1. Business Insurance and Risk Management, the coverage you actually need, not the coverage you get sold.
  2. Contracts, Terms and Legal Documents, the handful of documents every founder should have on file.
  3. Taxes 101, what to track, what to set aside, and when to ask a professional.

At the end of Structure, you can run the business without waking up at 3 AM about liability.

Market (8 to 10)

  1. Brand Identity and Positioning, a brand that holds up against a real competitor.
  2. Your First Website, a site that converts.
  3. Marketing Foundations, the smallest marketing system that brings in steady inbound interest.

At the end of Market, people who do not know you can find you and want to talk to you.

Operate (11 to 13)

  1. Sales and Onboarding, from first conversation to signed contract without burning the lead.
  2. Operations and Automation, the operations layer that lets you take a week off without it breaking.
  3. Growth, Pricing and Scaling, raise prices, hire the first role, and grow without losing the thread.

At the end of Operate, you have a business, not a job you gave yourself.

Why the order matters

Skip Module 2 and you set the wrong entity. Skip Module 8 and Module 10 fails because you have nothing distinctive to market. Skip Module 11 and Module 13 fails because you are scaling a leaky funnel.

The modules unlock in order because that is the order in which the decisions compound.

Why your idea is not the problem

Most first-time founders stall on the wrong step. Here is the one you are actually stuck on.

You have the idea. You have done research. You know people need it. The gap is not the idea. It is the operating system between the idea and revenue.
